How we work
1 Before confirming the order
- Fill in the Get a Free Quote form or send your request to hello@up-word.eu
- you will receive a confirmation email from us within 6 hours and a free price quote within 24 hours.
- we will put together a solution tailored to your individual needs.
- you then can confirm the order if you agree to have the paper edited.
-after confirming the order you will receive an invoice.
-for papers of less than 2000 words, the total fee must be paid in advance.
-for other papers and theses, a 60% retainer is required with the remainder being payable before we return your edited document.
-please note that our editing deadline does not begin until full payment has been made.
2 Payment
-after payment your document will be sent to one of our editors
-corrections are made using ‘track changes’ in Word.
-this feature records changes so that you can learn from the changes and be sure that we not alter the content of your work
-after your document has been proofread or edited, you will receive an email together with the edited document
